Do you take reservations?

At The Upper Deck, we only accept reservations for parties of 16 or more from Monday through Thursday. To make a reservation, please contact our hostess stand at 419-285-2043 or our group coordinator, Laura Booker Coviello, at lbcove216@gmail.com or 216-970-9196.

For large parties on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we accommodate on a first-come, first-served basis. Most of our tables seat six or more and can be rearranged to suit your group. We use a paging system to notify you when your table is ready. While you wait, enjoy a cocktail at one of our four bars and relax in our ample outdoor seating with stunning views of Lake Erie.

Can we reserve for a large group?

For groups of 25 or more, please contact Laura Booker Coviello at 216-970-9196 or lbcove216@gmail.com. Laura is happy to assist with your next group reservation at The Boardwalk’s Main Deck or Upper Deck. She will provide excellent service, helping you select the ideal location and menu items while considering your party’s specific needs and our availability.

Do you sell your lobster bisque anywhere off of Put-in-Bay?

We do sell quarts of our frozen Lobster Bisque to take home with you from The Boardwalk’s Main Deck on Put-in-Bay. See you at the Cleveland Boat Show and The Catawba Island Boat Show where you can enjoy our Lobster Bisque off the island. But, as of now, we do not sell our Lobster Bisque anywhere on the mainland. .

Do you ship your lobster bisque?

Unfortunately, we do not ship our Lobster Bisque. We only sell frozen quarts from May to October onsite at The Boardwalk. It is our fresh, homemade Lobster Bisque that we make and freeze onsite in the summer months. We  unfortunately don’t have the capability currently to make it and ship it in the winter months while we are closed. We hope you will come see us this summer!

Do you take carry out orders?

Do you sell gift cards?

We do sell gift cards. They can be purchased here or stop by any of our restaurants.

What are your hours?

Our hours change often at the beginning and end of each season, and at times during the summer in the case of an event. Please look on our website’s home page and social media pages for the most accurate hours.

Do you have gluten free options?

The Upper Deck offers a wide array of Gluten Free Items: Breads, Buns, Salad Dressings, Entrees and Side Dishes. Guests are welcomed to ask their server for our dedicated Gluten Free Menu. The Boardwalk Main Deck Does Not Offer Gluten Free Options at this time.

*Disclaimer* While we are happy and able to accommodate Gluten Free Diets, by using Gluten Free Products, and Sanitizing work and cooking surfaces, we still can not guarantee that we are 100% Gluten Free Kitchen.  The High Volume nature of our kitchen and also with the amount of other Gluten Containing items throughout our kitchen, we can’t not say there is not a small chance of cross-contamination. Please let your server or bartender know about Gluten sensitivity and we will make sure to properly communicate that to our kitchen staff.
